log in screen lasts a second and cuts out, literally cant log in even if i wanted to

First double check you’re logging in with the correct account. After that if the game crashes out on launching you’ll need to do the steps from here for PC or here for Console.
Should the issues with logging in continue you when you’ve done that you can then report this further by ticket.
