loot box systems seems to be broken.
i have notice others have mentioned that cosmetics wont unlock from the loot boxes or in game, i have even notice that the system is not giving any new items or even any good items.
i am aware of the drop rate on items but yet that still does not make sense why i should can not get any cosmetics i want or even good items.
i know people keep saying ‘’ its all luck based and that you have bad luck’’, but this is not true since i am not the only one struggling to get good items.
