I have not been able to get any new skins, or even any skins for certain characters such as Roadhog.
I have not got any highlight intros, and i barely get poses and emotes for characters.
the only things i have been getting are icons, sprays and voice lines for characters continuously.
At this point i think some one has hacked or riged the system preventing players from getting any new cosmetics / items or certain old cosmetics / items.
Already told you that you have bad luck, that’s all . Stop making these type of posts, there is nothing wrong with the loot boxes.

i don’t have bad luck , to make that point true i might as well point out that in a period of one day i have nearly been hit by cars and bikes that were only centimeters away from me while walking to and from college. if that is not lucky then i don’t know what.
But i definitely don’t have bad luck. other players have been having the same situation as me with the loot boxes system.
Yea and how come I got everything except 3 skinns (which i’ll probably get by the end of the event) w/o even buying any loot boxes?

maybe because the company loves you like you work for them or may be because you are high level and so you probably have other things from the previous events.
because it is not luck based.

So this is still not explaining why you have bad luck? Since the loot table is so wide and your level is low , your chance to get the legendary skin you want is really low. That doesn’t mean that something is wrong with the loot box system.

Luck isn’t some sort of resource. It’s not like “you have luck” and then everywhere in life you will get lucky. You barely avoiding a collision from your lack of road-sense has got nothing to do with with RNG. Most likely, the driver slowed enough as to not smear you over the ground.
This has got to be a troll post that I’m just too tired to identify.

The lootbox system is a gamble so it’s not hacked or anything, you just have bad luck.

i hate loot boxes they are f******* broken i don’t get anything but trash, they should find and alternative way to get cosmetics and items in games that are not through crap loot boxes.

That’s quite the logical leap, although I don’t think the word “logical” belongs in there.
Of course you don’t get much event stuff, you’re level 72, so you have about 200 loot boxes you got in total, and that’s generous already. You know why I get only event stuff? Because I already own everything else (at least the commons and rares).
Highlight intros are epic, btw - so you simply don’t get all that many, that’s just the way this works. You can’t play for a few weeks and expect to get everything handed to you.
Also, if you were a “nice player” you wouldn’t be endorsement level 1.^^
There is some valid criticism to be had about loot boxes, and I wholeheartedly agree that they are a bad business practice that exploits addictive personalities, but this thread… This isn’t it.

Yeah, I don’t think so. I’ve been experiencing the opposite. Seems like one out of three boxes I get contains a legendary. In fact I just got the new Roadhog skin a few minutes before I started typing this. I’ve gotten several dances, a highlight intro, and a victory pose just within the last three days.
It’s just luck. I’ve had bad luck with loot boxes too, like for the New Year event. No conspiracy or shenanigans here.

Thats bs. I got 4 legendaries on the free legendary lootbox you get. You’re just unlucky. Do what I do, if you have any coins buy all the sprays and victory poses and voice lines so you can get the duplicates in lootboxes and getting coins, and your chance of getting the skins are higher.
how is that? The dice for skins is being rolled regardless of the amount of grey stuff you already own.
