I got 8 lootboxes, in different ways, including twitch drops. Then I didn’t log into the game for about 1 season, now in the menu, I see that I have them on my account, but when I go to the opening menu - empty. I wrote to support, they tell me that they confirmed the problem, but they can’t do anything, because they are “just” support, and apparently they don’t have the courage to write to the developers. They sent me to complain on the forum, why this is a mystery. I asked this question, she answered with copypasta off topic. I say that the problem and the question are not in this - they deleted my ticket.
I didn’t think that everything here is so bad with feedback and with the technical condition. Blizzard has turned into one huge rainbow vat of manure.
