So what happens if you lose all your placement games but do really good in each game. Does your game play affect your sr, or does your games reflect on your rank?
Honestly it doesn’t matter much.
Placements aren’t actual placments. They take your SR (adjusted by your MRR a bit) at the start and you just get 10 regular games. Blizz just doesn’t show your your current SR in the meantime because they don’t want people to catch on to what their MMR might be.
In other words, losing 10 games while playing well will probably yield -220 SR.
It depends. Is that you first comp season placement? If yes, wins are very important no matter how good you will play because you already has mmr from game modes you played before. It thats not your first placement. Wins matter too but your performance is much more important. But not only in placement. Depends how well you played before too.
Im doin my placements for the first time (level 400+ tho) i Always played on xbox one and since a year or so i play on ps4… Havent touched comp at all… (bad experiece from xbox) But today i thought let me just give it a go…
6th game just ended… Lost all 6… Guess no hope here anymore then huh? still cards and golds all 6 games but that doesnt say much anywayz when losing
