Losing Connection to Game Server

Hello everyone,

as the title suggest I’m having issues with my connection in Overwatch.
There are two things that happen (in QP or arcade or vs. AI, don’t dare to try comp) usually:

  1. I can’t move for a few seconds and then get thrown back to the menu screen, only to be sorted back into the game I was just kicked out of a few seconds later.
  2. People around me start walking on the spot without actually moving forward or doing anything else while I’m still able to move but not do damage or anything. A few seconds later I get either thrown back to the menu or to the log in screen with “LOST CONNECTION TO GAME SERVER” written above the boxes.

I have tried the troubleshooting steps like two or three times already and it seems to be fine for a while (esp after restarting the router) but for some reason, the issue keep happening over and over again and the game is unplayable for me at this point.

I hope one of you reading this is able to help me.

Hey,
I’m having a little trouble with capturing the right moment for the tests. Should I start both immediately when I notice the issue happening or when should I do it?

i have almost the same issue in competitive play after it loaded in it drops me to the map and the nit remosves me for inactivity i got banned for 4 season because of it my second problem is the same i have plenty of photos of my screen
what i made w my phone pls help thanks

Details of issue:

Can we please have an answer.
I am experiencing the same issue and it’s been weeks !!!

I’m about to find a different game to play on if the issue persists unfortunately
