Lost authenticator and phone number

Hello,so the thing is, I have an authenticator on my phone and i just lost my phone( in there have my sim card). I cannot log in on Battle .net to remove the authenticator either because i need it to be able to log in… Thank you! Sorry, my English is very bad.

Please contact our support team using this link, you should be able to do it even without logging in.

As you may be asked to provide ID to prove you are the account registered user, please also see this support article.

Hi I have called backup several times but my problem has not been resolved I had trouble logging in with Authenticator blizzard Please remove Authenticator from my account if possible…
help???
