"Lost connection to game server" error LC-202

I have been experiencing dc in the middle of games for about 3 weeks. Idk why it happens. I have tried everything like restarting,downloading ow again,etc but nothing seems to work. It happens on a daily basis. Because of this I have been banned for 15 hours in comp. Please help. Platform:PS4

If your console connected via WiFi or wired directly to your router??

It is connected via lan cable/ethernet cable

You might need to reset your network setting on your console.

How can I do that? I have tried various things

Not a PS owner. But I imagine in the console setting you can reset things somewhere. (Or Google it)

I have done the restore default settings just now and it included network settings but. I tried to launch overwatch but it is still now logging in and showing error LC 202

Theres a thread about that error code here. Hopefully somewhere in there is a fix for you.

Same issue here mate. Just got a 6 hour ban becouse of it. They’ll tell you it’s a you problem but it isn’t, this issue has plagued the game since early overwatch 1. It’s also the only game i ever get connection issies with.
