When i logged in to the game i had everything from my playstation account except my Noire widowmaker skin, i still got the code and everything if proof is needed

I have the same problem I just checked after reading this post thinking it might be a way for you to get the skin or something but no you’re totally correct preordered the game got the skin but now when I look in my Overwatch 2 locker it’s gone

i noticed i have it on ps4 and not on pc, i want to play on my pc so i hope they can fix that some way
My situation is similar if I download the ps4 version I still have it there but when I download the ps5 version it isn’t
Just checked my account after waiting 2 hours to get in I now have the noire skin on the ps5 version so it may have been fixed for you also
