Lost my phone and i can't use the app authenticator

I lost my phone and i can’t use the app authenticator anymore, i’m also not getting the e-mail with the authenticator code that i need to remove the auntheticator.
I’ve been refreshin my e-mail page for like 5 minutes and i don’t have the code needed to remove the auntheticator
