Lost phone and Authenticator remove

Hello guys, so I have a big trouble, actually I lost my phone with Sim card, and there was also the application authenticator activated, I tryed to contact support to help but it still want me to put there the code and sms code which I don’t know, but I have still full access to my mail address where my account belongs,please how can I fix this?

This isn’t something we can directly assist with via the forums. If you don’t have access to the device or authenticator anymore, you can contact our Support Team to have it removed.

You will be offered multiple means of verification in order to submit the request. If you are unable to use one (SMS), then you can choose one of the other options offered.

Sure I can log in my email address, but I forget the answer on the question, what to do if Iam not able to answer?

Still ask for mobile authenticator, what else to do ?!
