Low FPS after new update

After the latest patch, my frames that used to sit at around 70+ are now down around 20-30. It’s driving me crazy.

Processor - AMD FX™ - 6300-Core Proc. 3.50 GHz
Ram - 8GB
Graphics - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050

Remove the cache and the battlenet files.

I had already tried that, still stuck on low frames. I never run other programs, an old habit from having a laptop.

im having the same problem too, out of nowhere today ive started having stuttering, went from constant 200+ fps no matter what to now barely getting 80 in fights. nothing has changed, deleted cache, reinstalled the game, checked refresh rates and all that nvidia malarkey, nothing has fixed it.

Have the same problem with same specs, but fx oc to 4.5ghz. fps drops from 200 to 50
