Hi, For the last few weeks, I have had awful rubber banding issues in-game, but with a consistent internet speed of 31mbps down, and latency in game of maximum 44 I have no idea why this would be.
If I limit client send rate it improves slightly, but still not playable enough for me to want to touch comp

I have followed these steps, but still get latency spikes in game
I have started to notice that my latency does spike for a second or so every time I have these issues, but after following all the connection advice on the forums I can find, I still have these issues.
