I can’t understand why in quick play 8 out of 10 I’m playing with players that the max level is 15! Change the algorithm of matchmaking. I cant enjoy the game its not possible a team to have 3 players 300+ lvl and 3 with max 10 lvl. Do something!

Rather ask yourself why these new players (as you assume they are) are matched with you? Perhaps the game wants to give them a chance and you are a suitable opponent?

I guess it is because of smurfs destroying the MM.
The system don´t know anymore if a level 15 is a guy who bought OW yesterday or a master level player who will headshot everybody.
What is even worse: players with 1000 hours experience who don’t know how to play the game. No teamplay, no situational awareness, no positioning, no hearing, no reaction, nothing.
I’m old and my reaction times and aim are not the best, but at least I understand the game and how to play it.

90% of them are smurfs. Just report them for gameplay sabotage and move on. Works for me, I see less of them in my games.
