Can we have some way to turn all this Endorsement stuff off? I’m sure some people like it, but for those of us who don’t, it’d be nice to hide it.

Because it’s right in your face at the end of every match. And the notifications pop up everywhere. It would just be a nice option.

the system is useless… doesn’t add anything to the game and won’t make the playerbase less toxic…

I agree. It feels like it’s so random. I get endorsements for not doing/saying anything.
Exactly! I receive shot-caller endorsements and I’m like why? Why did I get this? I’m not communicating, I did not make anything shot-calling game-play.
Hell, I’m at fault as well. If I see the name of ‘Daddy’ in game I would just endorse the guy for having that name.
Why don’t you just ignore it? You don’t HAVE to endorse people. Just don’t press N and you’re good to go. 
Low endorsement level players (and those who hide it in the unlikely event this is added) will be the Lepers of LFG.
Thanks that’s probably the only reason I get endorsed.

I agree. If my profile can be hidden so that others can’t look at my statistics I should also have the option to hide my endorsement statistics too. I’m on a break from Overwatch but decided to play a few games last weekend and it felt really bad to be the only one with endorsement level 0 while others had at least endorsement level 2s. Feels really demeaning
I like it the way it is, that way i can see who been actioned or is having selfish behavior, so i don’t have to expect anything from these low endorsement level players, also auctioned players have no endorsement portrait at all.

Already the endorsement level of team mates seem a better indication of having a decent team than level. Level proves you have played the game for a long time whereas the endorsement system does seem to highlight players who try hard with the right attitude.
A four stack of ‘1s’ were in a game of Comp the other day and all four picked DPS…
You do realize supports and tanks naturally get more endorsement levels despite how they perform, right? It is also infinitely easy to farm them in QP where one match is like 5 minutes, a lot of times even less.
A friend of mine farmed endorsement level 5 in a week of casually playing, doesn’t mean he is the best guy to have on a team, it means the other QP teammates endorsed him to get the bonus xp.

Someone at blizzHQ is “ROFLMAO” over these endorsements, they can’t believe this placebo system is working so well.
Everyone has the same pattern to their endorsments.

Haha did you at least end up getting some votes on your card? Didn’t you read the memo that said that you’d have to pick a “real” support like Mercy or Mercy or even Mercy to be recognized for your efforts?
I mean how could you possibly pick one of those no skill no aim OP noob characers who never do their job or anything at all? Everybody knows that neither Moira nor Brigitte ever heals or does what they are supposed to be doing, and the latter being the least popular character of them all at the moment? 
He didn’t get endorsements because he lost and thats the point. When you lose there is very little chance for any of your teammates to endorse anybody else because of the salt.

problem is not that , big problem is ppl giving endorse to anyppl for only 150 xp , not for how player is , sry for my english they should remove xp from it and make more detailed endorse system like they should add negative endorse system too like " Toxic Player , etc "
Reports exist, avoid exists, mute exists, now negative endorsements too? Whats next, making them wear a donkey hat ingame?
