You should be able to QUEUE for desired maps and modes. So what if I want to play Temple of Anubis for a whole year only? It is my choice, my time and it would bring my gaming experience to new levels because I would enjoy playing what I LIKE, not what I am forced to play, even when I do not like it.
There are too many annoying and disliked maps. Why can I not choose what I would love and like to play?
This new system of map voting is flawed and not serving its purpose. It could be like this: 3 maps are shown and if the votes for each map are the same or very similar, the system chooses randomly which map is selected.
But when the majority wants one map and there is one vote for a different map and that one wins, it is absurd. (I did this yesterday. People chose Kings Row and I picked Numbani to see what might happen. And guess what, Numbani was selected even though I hate this map. The other 9 people were furious in chat, gladly it was just QP so we left.)
With 100 million accounts, it should not be THAT hard to allow us to play and select which maps we like and would love to play.
Just like in Warcraft and TF2, you choose which maps you like to play for battlegrounds. And before the match, in voting like TF2, 50%+ decides which map is going to be played next.
Please allow us to CHOOSE and PLAY what we LOVE and LIKE.
