You need to go into the replay viewer, and report the code from there. That way they have the full match and details you give them
They can’t get game details from the forum.
They can come to me for that info if required. Please leave it to Blizzard to review.

If you just report the game come in replays, you’d save them and yourself a lot of work.

Proof is, how many posts have you done, and how many they responded to.
That’s all the evidence needed that you might need to try another option.
I’d recommend contacting support and requesting information for legal action. They respond then.

They have responded to one of them so far.
This isn’t a legal matter, it’s a bug in their game.
It’s neither. But that’s by the by.
I think if I played a game and got as many leavers as you claim (no proof so you might be lying), I’d just go play something else. So many cool games to play atm.
It’s not expected behaviour from my POV so I’ve reported the defect (for the more correct term) here.
