Matchmaking AGAIN

Highest kills on our team was 3 while on the opposing side their supports were both well in the 40’s along with the tank that had 36?

Our full team went 3,2,1/10,12

get it fixed yo

Which roles are you playing, if I may ask?

damage, i usually play support but ive been quite interested in widow recently. I fear i’m not the issue though if im doing the best out of my team :sob::sob:

Widow is a sexy one. Positioning is all with her. Also a sniper always needs to reposition, one staying at the same spot will surely get the artillery punishment…

Agreed but deserved for playing Widow tbh

Firstly….accept the blame yourself before placing it onto others. I often times judge myself before I investigate what my teammates did wrong.

Secondly….this is a normal experience. I wish it wasn’t and that it would be reduced, but after a decade of this same BS, stop wishing for an impossible outcome. It’ll be better for your health because I’ve been praying for that for 7 years and its only gotten worse. (Or I got a ton of improvement [following my first advice of judging thyself, most likely not so I have to accept the latter first to avoid getting a fat ego.])

Thirdly….we need to address the fact Blizzard’s systems have not been any good for socializing or promoting a natural player growth within the community. The best thing to help encourage an improvement in their playerbase’s mentality has been this voting endgame screen where players can vote entirely on the match MVP. Albeit it is still very faulty because why do some of the worst teammates still get placed on a pedestal there when they literally refused to play with their team or have fed 1/3 of the enemy’s kill count by their own inting mistakes?

Ppl can only accept blame if they know an alternative.

What do I mean by that?.. I like watching educational OW content. Then when in the game, I try to recreate some of that. And sometimes I tell to myself “Ok, I completely f.ed that up”, because I know what should have happened, what I should have done and didnt or couldnt.

If you dont know what it should look like, everything and everyone looks out of place to you.

That being said the Matchmaker is a catastrophe. I ve been playing this game for a few years, close to a decade almost. I should never have a game where I have like 40-50 elims as a Juno… thats noob bashing. Lack of fun aside, neither side learns anything either.

Imagine thats your early experience with OW. Would you continue playing that game? Get invested and all?
