Ive been playing this game since 2016 and hands-down the worst aspect of it is the matchmaking. I’m constantly put in games with people who haven’t even earned one sticker yet. Or ones that get about one kill per round. How does that make any sense? I don’t want to play with people who are in year one.
I don’t care about your outfits. I don’t care about your new characters. I don’t care about everything that you do to try and make this dying game relevant. I just want to play with people that have similar experience. You’re completely ruining this game for everyone.
Year one players don’t care about this game. If they did they would’ve bought it a long time ago. People like me that have been here since day-one care about this game. Fix your matchmaking already.
You spend so much effort trying to be inclusive with your characters that you forget that none of us will include ourselves in your game if it is frustrating and boring. I’m just about done.
It’s obvious that you purposely leave it broken. It’s like you guys are stupid or something. You’re killing your own game.
I think its gonna be horrible unless they make it good for the solo Q. Stacks are already a HUGE problem, season 9 will introduce bronze to GM stacks. How do you think the already crap matchmaking will deal with that?
They have programmers who just figured out to say “Hello World” in Qbasic. They arent paying good, anyone who has something up their sleeve goes works for industry not gaming. Hence, the game is dead tbh.
I think the stack advantage only matters if it’s a group that play together regularily (which most of the larger stacks do i think, since lfg was scrapped).
At which point they have the advantage of knowing how their team plays and how to compensate/support that.
It’s really difficult to match that between people who you might have never played with.
Absolutely agree with you! Well, I think we don’t make too much to make it visible for them. If the income is growing noone cares. The best well be to make a boycotting but for this more people are needed.
We also need solo que. I dont wanna go vs stacks. if people want to stack, let them, but not my problem if que time is long. Do solo que for solos and Group que, group que are either 5 friends or 3 friends with 2 friends. 4 stack not possible
There are rarely close games, all I see is steam rolling on either side. How is this not a matchmaking issue? Stacks are deeply integrated to the matchmaking issue as well.
Maybe you keep playing with your 5 stack all the time and either look at the issue with pink glass’ now or dont want the situation to change because you finally have the time of your life.
Your comments sound biased; and neither sound genuine nor contributing to the argument.
At this point, I can only assume you secretly want this game to wither away and die actually. Many reasons, as you were complaining about one sided games (according to your record) just 3 months ago!
Found some good cheats, boosting buddies? You are certainly not genuine.
I don’t think it is an issue and I’ve never seen anyone come up with a convincing argument as to why I should change my mind.
Thats got nothing to do with stacks when it happens.
Haven’t played in a stack bigger than 3 in about 4 years. Play probably 80% solo q and 20% duo.
As do yours. That’s literally the forums. Everyone is biased.
One sided games are annoying. But they aren’t to do with the game. They are to do with the actions of the players.
As for the game withering and dying? No I don’t want that. And even if I did, the data suggest it’s doing just fine and lining pieces up to hopefully push on this year.
Better? Solo queues I’ve experienced, no-one talks, no-one communicates using comms. And when I played with stacks in the past, constant communications. Massive difference.
I want this game to thrive and be played by everyone (big pipe dream).
I also want ranked to be challenging. That means playing against better players, smurfs, stacks the lot. It should push you to improve, and games shouldn’t be predictable.
They’ve announced it made $225m last year and hit 50m individual accounts. It is doing well on those metrics.
