How is it, queue times are back up to almost OW levels, yet match quality is still massively one sided?
So they’re unable to fix the matchmaker, and also lied about the fact that queue times would be fixed going into OW2?

Matchmaking is rigged to keep you in queue and make you lose to make you play longer intentionally they give you trash team mates to keep you down they hate people are better than others they want everyone being down in bottom with bots.
Vote with your wallet and playtime you have all the power.

7 games in a row with an account with less than 10 hours, against accounts surpassing 1k-2k on their team. games dead and they fill with bots now

That doesn’t prove anything.
Game isn’t dead, and the put bots in the first 5 games for new players on console. (yes, it is a crap idea, but it is a very specific set of games).
It’s dead. Factual.

I was playing it earlier, queues were good even in role queue. Seems fine. If it was dead I wouldn’t get a match.
