The problem is. I’m not sure you’re interested in anyone’s opinion, unless it’s perfectly aligned to yours.
You don’t seem like the “science” type where you’d change your mind, even with evidence. More like someone on a train track. Just my opinion obviously. Happy to be proven wrong.
Take a look over the forum. It is normal for people to listen, provide their opinions/conflicting opinions - I also partake. This is normal, healthy, human behaviour. Take a look.
Whereas you try to provide Facts/Truth/ or saying “You’re wrong” when clearly you have no source to the fact, and then you’re proven to be wrong.
For instance when OW2 was released, again, players were being wrongly ranked Bronze 5, which was later fixed by Blizzard - you was telling them that it was correct/skill issue when in fact it was a bug.
There you are then, another opinion, that you’re unsure about.
Please provide sources to this, you can then be (quite or really) sure that your opinion is right or wrong.
It is. It’s also been normalised for people to call anyone who disagrees, or corrects them a “troll” or “shill”. People tend to not actually want a discussion here, they want consensus and reassurance.
Sadly. People are stuck in their ways and will not deviate for anything. It is why you see so many posts on the US forums about things like win/loss queues, rigging, forced 50/50… Despite people constantly telling them it is nonsense.
The bronze 5 bug happened for a couple of days. People banging in about it after were bronze players who thought they were better.
I’ve hardly ever visited there tbh, though as you say, I bet its more of a party over there than over on this dead EU forum.
“win/loss queues, rigging, forced 50/50” - These people are probably kids/immature people just typing anything for a reaction. Sadly Blizzard have answered what could be considered rhetorical accusations - they should of just announced these as upcoming features
