I won a OWCS giveaway for the mega bundle pack. I redeemed the code on my bnet but i haven’t received the bundle in game and i didn’t receive any email or confirmation that it was claimed.
I made a ticket and was told that it was claimed successfully and the contents are on my account. However I can’t see them or use them on any character. I reopened the ticket and was told to make a bug report here. Its been over 2 months now Please can I get some help thank you
