The moment I got into a game, the menu is stuck on screen. Couldn’t move and game kicked me out for being inactive. This is happening for the first time since launch. Thanks for this unbelievable update with first second bugs. I was thinking about how it can get any worse at this point, they did not dissappoint. Now feels like an early access made by an indie studio with 10k budget.

Happened me while in a loot box screen and group joined a game.
Thankfull no SR loss since it was arcade.
Yeah, do not play comp with this update or you will get rekt with forced kickouts.
happened to me earlier as well, this update broke the game, hopefully they fix it so I can get some loot boxes, I really want some of those skins
Yup, just happened to me as well… competitive match started, could even select a hero but couldn’t move and on the left the menu still showing with ‘rejoin match’ - which did nothing when clicking on it… could talk to group and match and all but could not interact… got kicked out for inactivity after a minute and lost SRand 10 minute suspension from competitive… ;-( really annoying
I had the same stupid issue going while in competitive. Saw part of the menu while being ingame. I could switch hero, say hello, acknowledge, … but i also saw my cursor moving instead of crosshairs.
Thanks for ruining this competitive season Blizzard. Next time put your actual developers on a patch instead of your interns.
Hahaha they did not surprise again This is exactly what they say when you get falsely reported and penalized.
"Unfortunately, we can’t reimburse competitive points or endorsement level under any circumstances, I’m afraid. "
I have had the same problem not in comp but in QP so there hasn’t been a massive effect other than the loss of a few endorsement ranks.
Seems to be effecting a lot of players though, will be interesting to see if Blizz does anything about this.
Is this a pc problem or is it also on console?

Yeah people are still having the issue, fortunately I didn’t see it after the fix.
What fix? It started for me today after the mini patch.
Created a ticket and I was informed that they will fix it. However they will not compensate people how lost SR, Endorsement etc. Mayb, little maybe, if the Devs are in a good mood they will look into compensation but they are not going to restore the EDRSMT or SR anyways so, if you get stuck you are ****** and Blizzard couldn’t care less! So thank you for taking my money all these years Blizzard you are realy helpfull when the error is on your hands!
I told this lots of times in forums, they don’t care about their customers at all. Thousands of people got penalized with false reports and they didn’t even check logs if they were true or not. I played a few games today, people were complaining about the menu bug again. I am still lucky, didn’t happen to me today… yet
