Did you minimise or have it on a non active tab?
If watching in the correct place, were you signed in and was there a green dot?
i just realized now, i miss the skins too. i got them on twitch 2 and 3 month ago and claimed them. i can still see it in my twitch inventory. i got all the other skins without a problem. but mercy is missing…
