Mic doesn't work, "click sound" works but no icon

Hello.

I recently picked up Overwatch again and noticed my coms doesn’t work in game. The “Click sound” works, but nothing shows up, nor my teammates hear me.

However, my mic works perfectly in Discord etc.
I’ve done the “open ports” thing in the firewall and remove the priority thing on my mic. I use the PreSonus AudioBox 2 with my external mic.

Just re-installed Windows with latest drivers from manufactor etc.
Any ideas?

My “overwatch.log” was empty today but yesterday it showed some error messages.
Oh, and my mic(same one) worked just fine before I quit like a year ago.

Could you please check if the issue persists after following troubleshooting steps here, basic and advanced?

If it does, your Overwatch voice chat logs could provide helpful information (keep in mind these logs reset every time you start Overwatch, so you’ll need to grab the file before starting the game again). Additionally, please add a link to your MSInfo file - all files can be uploaded to a hosting website, something like Pastebin.

I’ve had the same issue recently. Try the “Open Mic” setting instead of push-to-talk.
