Hello there! I dont know where to post this as my support ticket has directed me to multiple locations, none have been helpful unfortunately..
My issue is regarding a legendary lootbox that i didnt receive. There is an event quest in overwatch called Meta Challenge: STRIKE requiring you to play 80 games for a legendary lootbox. After finishing the quest i never received my box and it has now been i believe 4 days? I worry that the event will end and this matter will be forgotten. Can someone please help me? I need someone to actually resolve it, and not just send me somewhere else to resolve it please.. ;-;
