Moira needs a Buff

Moira have 0.14% pick rate in overwatch league, I was thinking for a little buff. The damage Orb can also charge the healing bar. It can help her kit.

Then we would have more damage balls than healing ones being thrown about when the group actually needs healing. I would like a slight increase in resource recovery outside of combat, that’s all.

heros should never be balanced around PRO play as this could lead to people in OWL not picking heros just to get them buffed.

Pick rate in OWL means nothing anyway alot of these players will always play the same hero no matter the buffs/nerfs made as their own skill can make up for. say, 10 damage lost on each auto

She can have whatever buffs she needs, i do not know the technical specifics, but one thing for sure is her leech damage skills needs its range reduced, since its definitely alot more than winston’s tesla guns range. You can kill enemies above you, where as for winston u have to jump up and fire your gun. Winstons advantage is its spread, not range

Moira do not need a buff at all… 45 hours on Moira, my second most played hero… Genji’s, tracers, mccrees soldier’s name it… 100% succes kills… She is even a little bit op sometimes… so no def not a buff…

Winston does double the damage than Moira, not to mention the Tesla automatically penetrates barriers, that’s why the range is short and Moira’s is longer.

Just to add to that, Winston’s primary fire also hits all players within range. Moiras is single target only.

This is naive.

Here are the reasons why Mercy, Zen, and Brigitte are the top picks for support in OWL:

Mercy: Can rez a pick, single-target healing is great, and damage boost is invaluable
Zen: Second-Highest skill cap of all the supports, but deals a ton of damage. No surprise that the best teams in OWL have the best Zen players. Also Trans is still the best Ult in the game.
Brigitte: Screw dive.

Moira gets used more than Bastion in OWL. Are you suggesting that we buff Bastion too? No. Pro players will leverage the heroes that allow exploitation of high skills, or one that lets you bring a hero back to life…

not that many times i run out of resources (and most of the time gold medal for healing)

that’s what i like about her, i think if she had to much resource she’ll be OP as hell hahaha :smiley:

but like you said, outside of battle it would be great.

Unfortunately this is what people do here 24/7. Balancing the game around the 0.001% of the playerbase.
