Stop using Coalescence to DPS a pharmacy duo. It does NOTHING.

It’s doable for a Moira to kill both Mercy and Pharah during coalescence. Not common but doable.

If she doesn’t heal you, use healthpacks or maybe you were out of position in the first place and shouldn’t have needed heal?

Can’t really say I’m surprised to read that Moiras in plat still dps instead of heal.

Ideally you want to line up enemy and friendly players so that you do both. Feels good to keep your team alive while killing the other.
But yeah, just keeping one tank alive can be worth it.

I can respect DPS Moira’s at low rank, at lest they are more consistent than your average low rank dps.

We’re DPSing because you’re not doing enough damage.

If you’d actually kill enemies as per your job, we’d use Q to heal you as per ours.

Believe me, I much prefer blasting a friendly Reinhardt with the heal laser and watch him swing into the enemy team, safe in the knowledge that they can’t kill him without burning a bionade.

But when our actual dps players can’t be bothered killing the Pharmercy-or are unable to because low gold-it’s clear that we’ll have to do it ourselves.

It does double the healing compared to damage. However, best use is to utilize both aspects ofc.

Moira should not dps as such, she is more of a “finisher” that cleans up low health enemies.

Best advice ever. I also like it when Moiras try to flank the enemy healers. Cant blame them if their DPS are crap.

Last time I checked, being BEHIND the DPS Moira and BEHIND the rein shield wasn’t considered out of position.
