I don’t know if nerfing her would be the right approach. She’s already very limited to how well she can perform due to her, for a lack of better words, “beginner-friendly” design.
I would rework her character and add more depth to it.
But like I said in my previous post, that would likely just upset the ones who are actually playing her now.
I totally see where you’re coming from though. Moira is my go-to support when I want low effort games whilst still putting out tons of value.
She feels pretty cheap.

Moira is the hero I go to in two very specific circumstances…

when needing to dunk on a smurfing genji who can’t be dealt with by anyone else on my team because he is Broken, Overpowered and has an exceedingly bloated kit (whatever you think to the contrary you are wrong…)

when running with an extremely low mobility tank/brawler heavy comp who like to sit in the choke and poke for hours on end without pushing at all and who complain “we’re not getting enough heals” whilst trying to face tank a nuke
other than that, moira is practically worthless
winston, moira, genij, widowmaker and hanzo need BIG changes if they are not coming before overwatch2 launches i am not buying it. because those heroes are or OP or out of balance, or just slurping players to death it is really unfair if you have a shield tank a shield from winston and while he is hiding behind those he kills every enemy member. it’s for a reason there is the NO aim no game report system it’s to let Blizzard know they failed again. it’s sad for the player who might get banned because they get reported for playing moira or winston but it’s blizzard banning them forcing players to report them. so Blizzard listen to you players or see overwatch2 fail freaking hard too
I say just make Moira slower and Make her ball not do 200 damage
there is no need for a moira rework or anything like that, stop crying about her or stop playing the game or just bit in the sour apple and keep going. the whole game is pretty much broken so why keep complaining about one single character that has lower dps than most heroes, if you die in a 1v1 with moira… dude, just git gud
