Have had a few disconnects where i have managed to reconnect, but twice now disconnects resulting in this increased suspension time.
First time kept trying to reconnect and it didn’t. Second time I left the whole game and tried logging back in, which made it lose the reconnect I am guessing because then it increased from 10 minutes to 30…
I am on fibre over wifi, have not usually had any problems in the past.

I’d suggest to step away from competitive mode for now, while we look into the connection issues. It would be a shame to receive further suspensions, before we figure out what causes these connection issues.
So let’s start by going through the steps listed in the Connection Troubleshooting Support Article. You mentioned using a wireless connection, please do switch to a wired connection if you can.
