More Fluidity for Lifeweaver would really help feel of Gameplay

Lifeweaver has had a hard time finding his place in the game. although he has powerful utility in his kit, its often hard capture those clutch moments due to how slow he is. what if they gave lifeweaver more fluidity through some sort of passive speed/ground gliding, and made any primary fire oveheal cleave to nearby allies of the target ? perhaps lower the healing that the primary target receives
