Multiple performance issues in game and in Discord

Hello, I’m playing on an amateur Overwatch team and I’m having performance issues which massively affect my performance. These are listed in the order in which they appeared.

1. Distorted Discord voice chat which often ends up in me not being able to hear my teammates with Discord overlay both on/off.
2. Game not launching - FIXED - After pressing Play a black screen appears and then it goes back to the launch menu without any error/crash message. SOLUTION: Uninstalled Razer Chroma SDK
3. High latency during team fights/when a lot is happening on the screen.

I don’t know whether it’s a problem with my internet connection or something I can fix more easily.

Over the last few days, I followed the instructions on an old forum post and so far nothing worked.

My MSInfo and DxDiag (IN POLISH) will be included in the comments.

From your description it appears that this may be a connection problem.
Perform the WinMTR test. Paste results here.

In the test game, I ran both into ping spike and, surprisingly, input lag issues.
