My account is locked,
I’ve changed my password
Deleted the game on steam then redownload on battle net
does anyone know how to fix this it was fine last night

Try reaching out to blizzard’s account support for information and help.
There’s the little person image at the top of the screen, from there you can go to support and choose account. From there you go to “contact support”.
Unless you find what you were looking for in the various support articles in there.
It might take them a few days to reply.
