Hello, as i mentioned in the name of the topic, my account was hacked and now, i recovered it and all i see is ban in ow2. I did nothing because i didnt played on this account for months, it was hacked by someone and now i want to appeal this ban. Blizzard Support is responding very very slow and with no details. For example they didnt provide me with an email that contains ban cause or whatever it called, i forgot. But anyways, im begging for help from blizzard or you guys.
You can only get help from blizzard support.
Keep appealing account action until someone actually replies instead of the usual copypaste answer.
