Just abit of background. He was playing with me on a qp game on old colleseo (if thats how u spell it). We were in overtime and my friend was playing Rammatra. It was a two vs five (me and him against enemy team. He popped annihilation and we got all of them because i kept pumping him with heals. The tracer on the enemy team then typed in chat ‘Ram cheating everyone report ram’. Now my friend is banned because of a salty sore loser. I really need some advice on how to speed up on getting his account back because he has spent so much money and skins and stuff and he is really upset rn. Any advice would be helpful.

Keep appealing.
Figure out the application data protection laws that apply to him and use them to drag information out of them.
Legally you’re entitled to all information pertinent to your account. It’s just a case of knowing what buttons to push depending on what country you’re based in.
No mercy for cheaters. You should be banned too for playing with cheaters and maybe cheating yourself.
You’ve got to stop accusing people of cheating with no evidence.
Nothing in the posts suggests actual cheating, and without game codes we should take the post at face value.
The whole point of this post is that he was wrongly accused and Im trying to help him. Because in a ban wave of 500,000 accounts you aren’t going to be 100% accurate, are you? I dont have the game codee as this happened before the season change but I can send you a code of one of my ranked games if thats anything. Anyway thats not the point. I didn’t come here to get hackused myself I came here for advise. So if you’re going to be an awful human being you can go somewhere else and spread your negativity. Thankyou
don’t be ridiculous. 500k? It is nothing when 50% playerbase cheating. There should be at least 30 million acccount ban.

He was banned for cheating. You can not be banned by a single game reports. He received multiple reports from a multiple games.

Untrue. He was reported by a 5 stack on the enemy team. I don’t know why you are adamant on the fact he is ‘actually’ cheating. You do realise that the people who play the game are mostly 12 year olds who think if they get diffed the enemy is hacking. False reports get made all the time.
This also doesnt cover my point that the ban system isn’t 100% accurate. Which it can’t be because of the problem I mentioned just now.
Tbh my friend isn’t very good at the game and he just likes to mess around with me in quickplay because he finds it fun. We got lucky as a Ram Lifeweaver duo and got a team kill. Thats hardly abnormal.
If you look at other examples people have been banned for less.

- Dont know me or my friend and automatically assume we are cheating when all I did was ask for help.
- You INSTANTLY hackuse when you have no other information. Which makes you seem like those 12 year olds I mentioned earlier. No nuance in thinking, just the simple-minded robotic response: IF HE IS BANNED HE MUST BE CHEATING.
- Pulling incorrect numbers like 50% to try and sound smart shows just how much you actually know about what your talking about…which is little to nothing.
This only counts as 1 match reported. If 5 players report one person in the same match, that only counts as one report. After that reports are only considered if you get reported multiple matches.

How do you know he wasn’t cheating? Do you watch every replay? Do you know what to look for to spot a cheater, etc?
He’s been reported by more than just a 5 stack if he got banned.
Just get your friend to keep appealing and sending tickets.
Don’t worry yourself with that other dude, he thinks pretty much everyone is cheating.

I am fairly confident considering he has had his account for years and was only ever accussed by that one team once. I also watch alot of flats and the like spectating cheaters (if that even counts for anything wich it probably doesnt but worth mentioning ig)
As much as it pains me, they are right, it is unlikely that 1 stack got your friend banned.
But there is only one way to find out, and that is to badger CS until they respond.
