Hi there,
I hope you can help me because I can’t play OW anymore, I start the game and it shows me game is running but nothing happens.

I updated my drivers but still the same problem. tried to run the malware but also didn’t help
I created the MSInfo but I don’t how to post it to you (if it is necessary to find out a solution.

I have a very tight time to play again, so please I wish you can solve the problem asap .

This said though, one of the most common causes for the issue you described is a software conflict - try closing all background applications you may have running on your computer.
Please check also your system drivers - make sure everything is up to date!

While your MSInfo is not complete, it still shows several background applications running. Could you please repeat the selective startup and remove everything your system does not need to function properly? This includes overlays and overclocking software.
Note: if your system is overclocked, please try bringing the clock speed back to its default values.

I also recommend you check your security software and power management settings.

After you follow the steps above, please reset the in-game options before attempting to launch the game again and let us know if there are any changes!

A double-check never hurts, especially if updates are done via a third-party software as sometimes those do not catch the most recent version (while your drivers are not that old, there is already a more recent one for your Nvidia GPU). :slight_smile:
