when season 1 was out I farm the battle pass for this incredible skin and I got it, I was so glad and I used it one time. A little time after I stopped played overwatch for some vacancy and when i came back my skin was gone, i uninstall and reinstall the game and even played a game to actualise and still gone, I tried contact by a post to find a solution and my post just disappear so there i am trying desperately to have it back so please someone help me with it

how ? because everything i look for the support its brings me to the forum so i’m kinda lost not gonna lie
