At the start of overwatch 2 is was placed in bronze five (Tank) like many other players. I then took a break from the game until like 3 weeks ago. At first, i could play matches and managed to push all the way to bronze 1. Now im stuck at my rank because i have to wait so long to get into a match. Im on xbox and have it set to console pool. Is there any other solutions or issues that could be preventing me from playing matches?
enable crossplay will improve your q-times …
(without crossplay you wait forever… i know from a few friends/acquaintances)

As Marjin said, your queue settings probably aren’t helping. And don’t worry, you shouldn’t end up in the pc pool unless you queue with a friend who plays on pc.
