I’m playing on PS4pro and my Experience with Ranked Matches in Overwatch 2 was horrible! Constantly leaving Players in almost every match, especially Tank Players making the whole 5v5 Situation look like a pathetic Joke, since I basicly got early access to Overwatch 3! Usually I play Total Mayhem or Quick Play but Ranked… well the Jade Weapons for Zenyatta are looking nice but seriously everyone who mainly plays Ranked in Overwatch 2 for Entertainment wastes their life! But playing Ranked also exposed me to a Good Change: Those 100 Ranked Coins for 30 Matches played are nice and incentivises Players to keep playing but there are also factors that deincentivises to play Ranked and that are the Gold Titles, which you can lose if you drop to silver… so I basicly ranked Gold on Tank and Open Queue and never touched those Queues ever again… There are numerous Problems with OW2:
- The missing Portrait Border Progression
- The missing Number Value Display for kills (which are still in the game but in the shooting range)
- The missing On-Fire Bar below the Player Name
and there is more! but my Point is that the Battle Pass Progression doesn’t cut it! I’m Battle Pass Rank 279 now… do those 79ranks carry over to Season10? No… so those are wasted and the Ranked Experience isn’t Good enough to carry the weight of what Overwatch stands for, what it achieved… Overwatch 2 doesn’t reflect the Greatness of Overwatch and Every Content Creator better get paid well for playing this crap! Or in short: Overwatch is Great but Overwatch 2 isn’t! 5v5 puts too much pressure on the Tank+ making some Tank Designs feel out of place. 6v6 at least gave Tank Players the Opportunity to work together… Now Tanks get blasted and if the healer is too slow BOOM! Dead… Steamroll! but thank goodness that I got Zen’s Jade Weapons. Now I don’t need to care about Ranked anymore until they may come out with a new Colour.

Thats not a bug. Kills in the shooting range don’t count. I agree with most of the things you said before that but come on dude🤣. Wanting to raise your kills on stationary bots…wow🤣.
I say this to everyone. Don’t waste your time complaining about a game (that the majority of people here like) and leave it at that. If you have the time to cry like a baby about it…you have the time to think of what could fix it. But no…you just diss the game that they have worked very hard to make and give nothing that could help them fix it. Bravo…

It should also be noted that if your complaints are about being a tank and how it changed from Overwatch 1 to 2. Guess what…theres a reason for that! They made Overwatch 2 because - beleive it or not - its a new game that draws from the first one, not an exact copy. You dont just stand there and tank damage you have to actually take cover like everyone else now. Oh well. Anyway…rant over…dont complain if you dont have a solution…

About the Number Value Display, just watch OW1 Footage it’s there.
And I listed stuff that annoys me. I kinda feel sorry for you just confusing my Experience as complaining or whining. If you like this Game so much why are you here? shouldn’t you be busy playing the game? I care about Overwatch aswell, which is why I wanted share my Experience playing Ranked and that it’s more OW3 than OW2 due to the frequency of the leavers

That is the literal definition for complaining…Also, theres no point doing that if you don’t have any feedback to go with it. If you only have a negative thing to say with no idea for a solution there is no point posting! As improving the game is the entire reason these forums exist; not picking it apart and insulting it.
I do like the game but people - including me - have lives outside of Overwatch. I just come on the forums when I have some free time…

I thought listing the stuff as “missing” implies that I have interest in seeing it returning^^
It annoys me that the UI has been simplified too much in OW2 and that the matches aren’t as rewarding as in OW1. Normally I (and maybe many) would just go back to OW1 when they would list all the changes. There are good changes in OW2: The Hero Reworks and that Ranked is now efficiently grindable. But even though Queue Times are supposed to be better, what does it matter when the Match Quality is worse? Would you rather play 1 Match in a Good Game or 3 Matches where it’s all about steamrolls in a Bad Game? Also, if they want to “focus” PvP in OW2. OW1 already did that masterfully in reputation alone and from my Experience in Ranked that “Better Match Quality” is something I haven’t seen^^;
On another note: What if there is just more negative stuff to say than positive? I mean that’s also a possibility.
