So I made a support ticket because my account was hacked, but my ticket disappeared. My ticket isnt even in archive or in the active section.

It seems that your ticket was replied! Check your e-mail, and you should be able to log back in from there!

I have the exact same situation as IReDnAs. I’m most certainly hacked too and my ticket about being hacked has dissappeared without any notification and it’s not on archieved tickets too. Original ticket number is: “#93117387” and the new ticket i made is “EU93144727” this. Looking forward for any kind of assistance.
