My Support Ticket is gone

I opened up a Ticket because my Account got hacked and the Ticket just disappeared. It’s not even in the Archived section it’s completely gone. I already waited on a response for like 5 days now and now it’s gone. Do I have to reopen a new Ticket? or does this mean someone is currently looking into it?

In the end the Ticket disappears because they answer to the hacked accounts email
