I have managed to reach level 80 in the season 4 battle pass, claiming the mythic skin Galactic Emperor. Everything was fine until season 5 launched. Then I noticed that most of the items from the battle pass as well as the mythic skin for sigma were gone. I tried my best to somehow fix this situation, but nothing worked. I was looking forward to have this skin on my account, since it was limited and sigma was one of my favourite characters in Overwatch.

I have the same issue! I know I completed that battle pass for that season and unlocked the galactic emperor skin, but haven’t notice it wasn’t in my inventory till now. No idea how long it’s been gone! How can we resolve this? Or is it a bug? Please help because I paid good money and spent a good amount of time and effort to require that mythic skin
