Need help interpreting MTR

So I talked to customer support about that and they told me there’s a huge delay on the fourth hop to the blizzard servers and the problem is most probably within the ISP’s network but I spoke to my ISP and they say there’s no problem. Now I see there’s a 4547 ms delay on the blizzard server as well. Is that caused by one of the previous hops? Can it be blizzard’s server problem?

Hi.
I see a problem with you right from the start of the test. It looks like you’re connecting via WiFi - if so, try using a cable.
The highest response time already in the first step is very high.

Blizzard’s server nodes are configured to de-prioritize ICMP packets (which are used by tracert, pathping, and WinMTR) so you may see large latency spikes due to this. It simply means that those nodes are delaying these connection tests packets, while your game packets (TCP and UDP) are getting through quickly and efficiently.
