Remove his peacekeeper. He already has his barrel roll and this op shift + f combo. This is more than enough for him to fulfill his role. Maybe just set Soldier’s shift to his left click.

The Peacekeeper is his revolver. Do you mean they should remove his flashbang? Or his fan-the-hammer?

He does have spurs, doesn’t he? What if he happens to cause some kind of discomfort to someone kicking him when he’s down? Better remove them. Hell, let’s take his entire costume and stick him in a kigurumi, so he doesn’t happen to scare the kids. Like Mei, for example.

Mccrees only problem is that his a smoker that cant be good for his health(it might lower from 200) and its not good for the team as well unless you want dva to start thinking that smoking is cool and dope.
Do you even know what 2n hand smoking can do? I say remove it and replace it with a vape on a 5 sec cd.
