I can only speak for my skill range, maybe your milage varies, but these two could use a hit with the nerf hammer here.
Sojourn has always needed a nerf.
Not so sure about Genji, it’s good to not see him be total garbage, but I haven’t seen him dominating games. But then, I don’t know what ranks you’re in so could be a completely different world.
Genjis has always been OP, and I don’t see him getting nerfed

He was definitely op for that one month near the end of OW1. He so OP, and hard meta, that they changed it very quickly.
He’s been gutted tier until still season where he’s probably one of about 4/5 A+ tier DPS.
