Never do April Fools again

There’s a reason why so many people hate April Fools, me included.
Googly eyes are NOT CONTENT! I would rather have balance changes, proper cosmetics, heroes and what not instead of something dumb like googly eyes, especially since it gives player an excuse to troll.

I still remember that god awful day where the text was replaced with Rein quotes which made games very distracting, especially comp.
And considering that literally the whole world is in a middle of a crisis, I don’t think humor is at all appropriate.

Now I know why they call it April Fools Day, its a day for fools, honestly would love for April Fools to be banned altogether.

i dont know who made april fools. but i dont think its gona get removed form asking or kills or wars?.. yes its fools days. humans should never be born.

Rein quotes are still there when playing Rein.

I don’t think anyone saw them as content, people had a good chuckle, I will always remember the day I died to a dragon with googly eyes, but it’s not content. And, it’s not my expertise of course, but I doubt it held back real content by anything meaningful.

I’m sorry? What’s that kind of logic? People especially love humour in bad situations, so they don’t drown in sorrow. Have you seen Reddit? It’s full of people making fun of exactly this crisis.

April the first used to be the start of the New year in the Pagan world…

when the western world changed from a pagan calander to the Gregorian (the kind we use today) and January became the “new year” the new Gregorian calander users ridiculed those who remained on the old calander, and played “pranks” on the pagans, hence, april fools

It’s a small change that lasts one day and probably barely took any time to make, there’s always someone to complain about everything!

i agree and disagree at the same time. fix broken things cos i played broken game that had lags bugs glitches makes a game not worth buying or playing. you call this poop eyes fun you have bad taste

Yes, because them adding googly eyes to the game for one day will of course limit them from working on the game.

Yeah I thought it was fun, a fun small thing and was never intended to be “content”. It’s just a fun little thing that they did that probably took a day tops to program

Well this year we got an actual Fool’s day. Dev literally make broken characters and ducky skin with insane grind to troll their players.
For me, no skin worth this suffering.
You can literally see how lazy this year the mode is, unlike the year before
