NEW HERO IDEA - Haywire

Hi I know it’s under technical support but it wouldn’t let me put it under anything else. I am a regular overwatch player and would like to show you guys an idea I made for a character.

Base plot - nothing is known of his past as he got it erased by Talon, he has being experimented on since he was abducted at a young age. Talon thought it possible to create superpowered soldiers to work under them and they half succeeded. Their main experiment Dubbed PROJECT: HAYWIRE was given incredibly dangerous electrical powers, so whilst their superpowered experiments were a success Haywire wasn’t the soldier they were expecting. He had actually being waiting until the right moment to break out, and he did. He left the whole place in a power outage and vanished from the experimentation room in a near instant. He now wanders the world in search of his memories and is building up the power to finally get his revenge on Talon.

Basic attacks: Haywire is a hit scan hero who fires electrical Bolts from his hand, the bolts themselves are not long ranged and only hit up to mid ranged. The main function of this attack is that the longer you charge the attack the more damaging it will be, much similar to hanzos. The

starting Damage will be roughly 30, at max charge it will do 80 damage and the electrical current will go between up to 3 nearby enemies for half the damage (Max charge only).

Ability 1: Haywire dashes forward into a current of electricity, this is his escape and it also does small damage to any enemies he passes through.

Ability 2 - supercharged: this temporarily powers Haywire up taking his other ability off cooldown and making his next basic attack deal extra damage.
Ultimate ability: there are two ideas for this ability, Haywire is immobile for both but also takes 50% less damage whilst immobile.

The 1st is that Haywire charges up the floor around him doing damage every 0.5 secs for 4 secs, the enemies in his vicinity are slowed and cannot use mobility abilities.

The 2nd is Haywire charges up for 2 seconds to then follow up with huge aoe damage of about 400 and a 2 second slow to any survivors in his area.

Unfortunately I have no art of this character as I don’t know any applications to do it on and I’m not exactly the artistic type, I did however wish for him to have short messy dark hair whilst wearing dark rough scavenged armour. Anyway I hope this gets seen and I’d love and other ideas for him you guys have. Thanks for taking the time to read this :slight_smile:
