New Mercy skin is amaizing but not her wings effect!

I LOVE new mercy fairy skin, but I am not the only one who noticed this deafault YELLOW wing effect (you can see it when she rezing or flying)! Why? Its not matching at all. Blizzard please change it to purple or green, so it can look harmonious with skin it total. I believe its not so hard. You made it before for other legendary and even epic skins!
I hope you will see that and change it for us, like you did it with Hanzo winter skin.

It’s just that I’ve been calling for a skin like this since forever and I saw this post and was like omggg, checked and it’s real! So happy! :blush:

It’s not exactly like the concept art that I wanted, but it looks awesome regardless! :star_struck:

I’m hated every mercy skin expect imp, witch and pink mercy skin, one of reasons i love them is because wing effect is different color in each (expect witch mercy)

I wish since she has name SUGAR PLUM i wish the wings effect would be either white or purple

Well I’m all for it and who knows, maybe if enough people ask for it, it’ll happen. Public opinion was enough to make them change the Hanzo winter skin. Or rather, US public opinion was enough. You guys should head over to the US forums and ask coss they don’t pay attention to EU. :yum:

Graphic designer and artist here.
I was just about to make the exact same post. Yellow is the worst color you could possibly put with that color palette, since it is a direct opposite of purple on the color wheel, making them complementary colors and as some people may know you can’t use complementary colors like that as they look terrible if you use large amounts of each one in the same piece. You’re supposed to have one of them as a primary and the complementary just to even out spots and make them look more “natural” since when you mix them they create a grey. Perhaps what you could do is go for an analogous color palette. Green, purple, pink, white, tons of colors which would go much better with it.
Honestly, this is my favorite Mercy skin to come out and it looked perfect until the part where her wings came out, it’s absolutely beautiful and reminds me of the WoW Sprite Darters which I adore.
I truly hope someone on the design team will fix this as it surely must be a mistake or perhaps the model wasn’t exactly finished yet?
I’m surprised so many people agree about this and hope that the team will hear our voices on the matter so that we can enjoy this amazing skin even more! <3
