All other accounts should be banned simple as that.
If you cant play all or most hero’s at your rank,You don’t deserve to be at that rank .
People with OTHER accounts are the biggest problem with this game ,You say but i don’t want to ruin my SR ,but your happy to ruin other people’s SR.

you cant get banned in 3 games the maximum amount of reports you could receive is 33 it takes least a 100 reports, so something is not right is there something you’re not telling us ?

Oh, because doing the same thing in QP is so hard and impossible. All others calling OP as a smurf and griefer are right, deal with it and stop white knighting
