Greetings dear tech support,

first of all, I don’t want to discuss my punishment. I just wanted to ask kindly, if there’s a person who could look over my case.

I got perma banned. I needed three tickets to get the reason because the mail I got didn’t had it and I am totally devastated. I put many years, money and compassion in that game. And then over night I can’t even login anymore.

I tried to adress my case in several tickets but it seems like the support is completely understaffed and puts out copy answers.

I just want a person to really look over it again.

maybe you should describe your problems in that thread too

the more affected people get in touch, the more likely it is that they will be checked and possibly corrected by blizzard

Thank you I’ll do that. Meanwhile opening another ticket and presenting them my ms info. maybe that helps

Edit: Very weird how so many people had the same ban on the same day with the same e-mail which didn’t even adress the reason.

I got banned because of inactivity, when in reality it got stuck on map loading screen, really disappointed

You probably left a load of games last season too.

There is no reset between seasons now.

The first time the game happened, I found myself banned for 20 hours, and after the ban stopped, I entered a game, and the electricity was cut off, and I was banned for a whole season.

Don’t leave comp game, that should fix your issue.

I got banned because i got disconnected and i rejoined but when the game is finished i got banned for a whole season they need to put a system so if you got disconnected from your internet you get at least a lose not a ban

My laptop has low specs so I kept crashing since season 2. After a lot of crashes I ended up getting banned till the end of the season last season, and it happened again this season and I’m already banned for the rest of the season. I can’t help the crashes and try to rejoin if possible but its my first ban of the season and I cant play comp anymore.

I took Band in Season 4 for no reason!
complicate because I got a fourth group for this season without any warning due to the interruption of the network, please look at my problem.

I got banned in season 4 because the game crashed , like I only
see the hand of character and it directly logged me off from the competitive game and getting banned , please we need help for this technical problem.

I just banned season 4 only because of 1 game that disconnected even after I rejoined!

I was playing in season 4 it was between 17 to 20 matches of ranked that I won but one of my matches was found but I failed to connect to the game and it banned me for an intire season it was my first time getting banned in season 4 please help me
